As written in the welcome post, only users of Ibisco-HPC Naples can be registered users of the forum (namely with the right to write posts).
To register, fill the fields in the register page.
The Ibisco forum Admin will send you a mail to ask for identity confirmation.
Once confirmed identity and mail, the admin will enable the user.
